About the Career Counselling Cell

The Career counselling plays a crucial role in providing job opportunities for under graduate passing out from the college by keeping in touch with reputed firms and industrial establishments. The cell arranged training programmes like micro micro-interviews, group discussion, communication skills, workshops etc. and at it also organized training programmes for students who interested to join Govt. sectors. It also invited HR managers from different industries to conduct training programmes for the final year students. Keeping the interest of the students the career counselling cell organized programmes during last five years as follows.

Objectives

  1. To help about the all-round development of the student.
  2. To help in the proper choice of the course.
  3. To develop readiness for the choices and changes to face need challenges.
  4. To minimize mismatching between the education and employment and help in the efficient use of manpower
  5. To motivate the youth for self-employment.
  6. To help the students in their period of turmoil and confusion.
  7. To help in checking the wastage of manpower.
  8. To ensure the students for proper utilisation of time spent out side the classroom.
